Scrubs for fresh and glowing skin
Make scrub from dry roses
Grind and mix dry roses powder with gramflour, store in a jar.
For a refreshing bath scrub, take 1 tsp. mixture, 1 tsp. curds, 1/2 tsp.honey.
Your scrub is ready. Use daily for a glowing skin.
Make scrub from almonds
Dried peels of almonds, can be powdered fine, sieve and mixed with gramflour to use as a scrub.
Mix 1 cup gramflour to 1 tbsp. Almond peel powder. Store in airtight container.
For a bath, take on heaped tbsp. Mixture with 1 tsp. Curds or cream, scrub over body, instead of soap.
lime peels scrub
Dry used lime peels in the sun grind with chana-dal to form bathing scrub.
Store the powdered mixture.
Mix with curd and use daily.
Use Bitter gourd as body scrub
Collect clean scrapings of bitter gourd.
Tie in a thin clean muslin cloth and use as a facial and body loofah to scrub out dead cells.
Oatmeal scrub
Mix one tsp each of oatmeal and curd. Mix well and apply on face and neck. Scrub off.
Make scrub from jowar flour
Make paste of one tsp jowar flour and one tbsp curd. Apply on face and scrub off after 20 minutes.
Use salt for scrub
Take a big pinch of salt mix it with any cold cream or even plain white petroleum jelly and Apply on face.
Scrub smoothly with palms for about 3 minutes.
Wash off face with warm water. It will remove Dead cells.
Your skin will fresh, clean and tinglin.
