ZEN SPECIAL VEGETABLE
INGREDIENTS:
25 gm Cauliflower
20 gm Button Mushroom
25 gm Baby Corn
25 gm Carrot
25 gm Broccoli
25 gm Cabbage
3 gm Soy Paste
3 gm Ginger
1 Green Chilli
3 gm Garlic
3 gm Red Chilli Paste
Water (as required)
For seasoning:
a pinch of Ajinomoto
a pinch of Salt
METHOD
Dice the vegetables.
Take a wok and put oil into it.
Add all the vegetables, ginger and garlic.
Saute them properly.
After sauting, add red chilli paste, soy paste and green chillies.
Again saute for 2 minutes.
Add water to it and then add seasoning (salt and ajinomoto).
In the end, add cornflour, dissolved in a little water, for thickening.
