Stuffed Tava Fried

STUFFED TAVA FRIED
INGREDIENTS
:
4-5 tbsp Oil
8-10 big-sized Green Chillies
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Cheese (grated)  
For fillings
1 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
3 medium-sized Potatoes (boiled)
1/3tsp Asafoetida
Salt to taste
1 tsp Ajwain

METHOD
Slit the chillies lengthwise into 2 halves.
Remove the seeds and keep aside.
Peel and mash the potatoes.
Heat 5 tsp of oil and put the ajwain and the asafoetida into it.
Mix in the mashed potatoes, salt to taste and the cumin seeds powder.
Mix well and keep aside.
Fill the de-seeded chillies with the potato mixture.
Heat a non-stick tava and sprinkle the oil and fry the chillies on a low flame till they are crispy and brown.
Turn the chillies so that the mixture as well as the chillies is cooked.
Now sprinkle the cheese just before serving.
