SOUR PEPPER SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
5 gm Button Mushroom
5 gm Bean Curd
10 gm Cabbage
10 gm Carrot
1 Capsicum
2 gm Spring Onion
5 gm Spinach Stock Water (as per requirement)
a pinch of Ajinomoto Cornflour
a pinch of White Pepper
a pinch of Salt
1 tsp Vinegar
2 drops of Soy Sauce
For garnishing

ZEN SPECIAL SOUP
INGREDIENTS:
10 gm Chicken (minced)
Cornflour
5 gm Carrot
5 gm Capsicum
6 gm Bean Curd
1 Egg
5 gm Spring Onion
5 gm Cabbage
5 gm Mushroom
5 gm Spinach
Chicken Stock (as per requirement)
Salt to taste
METHOD
Take chicken stock add minced chicken to it put the chopped vegetables into the stock and boil.
