SAFFRON BHINDI PULAO
INGREDIENTS:

400 gm Bhindi
2" piece Cinnamon
4 Cloves
2  cup long-grained Basmati Rice
4 Cardamoms
1/2 tsp Saffron strands
6 tsp Milk
Oil for deep-frying the Bhindis
7 tbsp of Ghee
4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt to taste

METHOD
Wash the bhindis and pat-dry with a towel.
