INGREDIENTS
60 gm Black Mushroom (cut into slices)
60 gm Button Mushroom (cut into slices)
50 gm Baby Corn
50 gm Onion (cut into slices)
5 gm Ginger
5 gm garlic
5 gm chilli paste
a pinch of Ajinomoto
Water (as required)
3 drops of Vinegar
Salt to taste

Shredded Chicken With Spring Onion and Ginger

INGREDIENTS:
200 gm Chicken
15 gm Spring Onion
40 gm Onion
5 gm Ginger
10 gm Garlic
a few drops of Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
a pinch of Ajinomoto
a few drops of Sesame Oil
25 gm Cornflour
1/2 Egg
a pinch of Salt
Water (as required)
For garnishing

25 gm Cauliflower
20 gm Button Mushroom
25 gm Baby Corn
25 gm Carrot
25 gm Broccoli
25 gm Cabbage
3 gm Soy Paste
3 gm Ginger
1 Green Chilli
3 gm Garlic
3 gm Red Chilli Paste
Water (as required)
For seasoning:
a pinch of Ajinomoto
a pinch of Salt

100 gm Cornflour
50 gm Flour

Sour Pepper Soup

INGREDIENTS:
5 gm Button Mushroom
5 gm Bean Curd
10 gm Cabbage
10 gm Carrot
1 Capsicum
2 gm Spring Onion
5 gm Spinach Stock Water (as per requirement)
a pinch of Ajinomoto Cornflour
a pinch of White Pepper
a pinch of Salt
1 tsp Vinegar
2 drops of Soy Sauce
For garnishing

INGREDIENTS:

10 gm Chicken (minced)
Cornflour
5 gm Carrot
5 gm Capsicum
6 gm Bean Curd
1 Egg
5 gm Spring Onion
5 gm Cabbage
5 gm Mushroom
5 gm Spinach
Chicken Stock (as per requirement)  
Salt to taste

METHOD
Take chicken stock add minced chicken to it put the chopped vegetables into the stock and boil.
