Chilli Rice Sevai

INGREDIENTS:
14 Mushrooms (cut into slices)
6 tbsp Til Oil
100 gm Rice Sevai
4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 medium-sized Onion (cut into round rings)
2 green Capsicum (cut into rings or long strips)
some Curry Leaves
METHOD
Soak the rice sevai in hot water for 5-6 minutes or as per instructions on the packet.
Heat the oil and then fry the onion rings till they are translucent.
Add the mushrooms and capsicums, and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Add the red chilli powder and the curry leaves and mix well.
Add the rice sevai and salt to taste. Mix well and serve as a snack.
Carrot Sweet Heart Cake

CARROT SWEET HEART CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Maida
125 gm Carrot (grated)
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
1/4 tsp Clove Powder
1 tbsp Cake Fruit
1 tsp Baking Soda
METHOD
Mix the carrot, sugar, butter, cardamom and clove powder.
Add 1 cups of water.
Boil in a saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Maida

SPICY BRAIDED BUNS
INGREDIENTS:
5 gm Dried Yeast
15 gm Sugar
250 gm Maida
5 gm Salt
Warm Milk
15 gm Oil
2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
Ghee for topping
METHOD
Dissolve the sugar in the warm milk.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and make a soft dough using the warm milk.
INGREDIENTS:
5 gm Dried Yeast
15 gm Sugar
250 gm Maida
5 gm Salt
Warm Milk
15 gm Oil
2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Green Chilli Paste
Ghee for topping
METHOD
Dissolve the sugar in the warm milk.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and make a soft dough using the warm milk.
Mushroom Toast

MUSHROOM TOAST
INGREDIENTS:
1 Pizza Base
50 gm Mushroom
60 gm Butter
60 gm Cheese
Pepper Powder & Salt to taste
METHOD
Take the pizza base and spread butter on it.
Add sliced mushroom, pepper powder, salt and grated cheese on the base.
Grill for 10 minutes.
serve hot with chutney.

a few pieces of Cucumber
40 gm Onion
40 gm Capsicum
50 gm Potato (boiled)
35 gm Cheese
1/4 tsp Chat Masala
5 gm Butter
2 tbsp Green Chutney
Pepper Powder & Salt to taste
METHOD
Spread green chutney on one piece of bread and butter on the other.

40 gm Tomato
