ROAST BROCCOLI WITH GARAM MASALA
Roasting broccoli makes the edges slighthy crisp and gives it a lovely flavour.
TIME REQUIRED: 30 minutes SERVES: Four
1 head broccoli (about 300g), cut into florets
olive oil
2 tsp garam masala
Heat the oven to 200° C. Toss the broccoli in a little oil then the garam masala. Spread on a roasting tray and cook for 25-30 minutes or until it is tender and the edges are browned.
